Michael Constance
Executive Director
Michael has worked at Camp Allen since 2008. He began as a counselor, and continued onto various other roles until taking over as the Executive Director in July of 2015. Michael has a BA from the University of Vermont and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of New Hampshire. He is a graduate of New Hampshire-Maine Leadership Education in Neurodevelopment Disabilities Program, and the 2017 recipient of the Governor’s Commission on Disability’s Accessibility Award. He is married to Amie and the father to Abraham and Poppy.

Cristel Braga
Camp Director
Cristel is from Cancun Mexico. She has a BSc in international relations from Universidad Del Valle de México. She started at Camp Allen in 2018 as a member of the kitchen staff. In 2019 she became a Camp Counselor and since 2021 has been an Assistant Director. “Since the first day I arrived to Camp, I knew that it would be one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Since then I have made it my purpose to make sure that all campers have the best time ever! I’m grateful for all the trust parents and caregivers give us every session with their loved ones and to see all the smiles at the end of every session makes my heart full”
Debra Schulte
office manager
Deb has been with Camp Allen since October 2000 as the Office Manager. She grew up as an “army brat” moving every 18 months. She graduated from West Virginia University with a BS in Human Resources and Education and landed in New Hampshire. She has managed retail stores, worked as a property manager and owned her own business.
“I love the joy and excitement on the campers faces as they walk up the hill for their vacation and enjoy watching new staff grow as the summer progresses. There is simply no better place on Earth!”
