CamPower

Building Confidence, Skills and a Brighter Future

CamPower at Camp Allen New Hampshire is an empowering, hands-on work training program created for young adults ages 17 to 25 with developmental disabilities. This unique opportunity bridges the gap between education and employment helping participants gain job experience in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Throughout the program, CamPower team members work side-by-side with experienced mentors who provide guidance, encouragement and on-the-job training. Whether it's assisting with groundskeeping, laundry, janitorial work, kitchen prep, camp store operations or gardening, participants learn valuable skills they can carry with them into future opportunities.

And the best part? CamPower is a paid position - offering not only experience and professional references, but also the dignity and reward of earning a paycheck.

By combining meaningful work with mentorship and skill development, CamPower helps young adults build confidence, independence, and a strong foundation for future employment success.

Join CamPower and take the next step toward your future with purpose and pride!
