Every summer, Camp Allen NH takes pride in bringing together an incredible team of staff from across the world. Our team is made up of students, educators and people looking for a meaningful and rewarding experience. They travel from all over to spend their summers making a difference at Camp Allen. Despite their diverse backgrounds, interests and cultures, they share one common goal: creating an unforgettable summer for individuals with developmental and/or physical challenges.

Camp Allen seeks summer staff members who are dedicated to providing the best possible experience for campers. The ideal team members are compassionate, energetic, patient and great listeners, as well as natural leaders who are adaptable, fun-loving and committed to fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
