Day Camp
Fun-filled five-day sessions!
Day Camp at Camp Allen is designed to create a similar experience to our overnight camp for children and adults starting at age six. Day Camp runs Monday - Friday, 9am to 3:30pm, for nine sessions throughout the summer.
An experience at Day Camp provides the following:
A full range of fun activities that are adapted to camper’s abilities.
A two staff to one camper ratio with four 1:1 spots. Camper’s may bring their own paraprofessional if the school provides.
Camp Allen will work with school districts to implement the goals in a camper’s IEP. (Individual Education Plan)
Two Nurses on duty at all times to dispense medication, and to care for any bumps and bruises that may happen over the session.
Well trained staff that come from all over the world.
A beautiful, well maintained, fully accessible facility that anyone can enjoy regardless of need.
Day Camp is a wonderful opportunity for younger individuals to have a camping experience, and a great first step towards overnight camp!
